Effective September 23, 2026. True Blue Supply is operated by Mycelium Markets, Inc., a Delaware corporation, 3341 Druid Lane, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Independent store

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or coordinating with any campaign, candidate, party committee, or PAC. Buying from us is a retail purchase. It is not a political contribution and is not made on behalf of any candidate or party.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to order. We ship only to U.S. addresses.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is free, and sales tax is added at checkout where required. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including one with a pricing or listing error, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

Products

Product photos are mockups. Colors can look different on your screen, and print placement can vary slightly from item to item.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping times are described in our Shipping policy. All sales are final except as described in our Returns & Refunds policy, which covers damaged, misprinted, wrong, and lost items.

The scoreboard

The National Scoreboard shows combined sales for each store. It's for fun. It is not a poll, a measure of public opinion, or a prediction of any election. Totals can be delayed or corrected.

Intellectual property

Our designs, text, and graphics belong to Mycelium Markets, Inc.. Buying a product doesn't give you the right to copy or resell the designs.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes interfering with how it works, trying to get around security, scraping it in bulk, or placing fraudulent orders.

Disclaimers

Except as stated in our Returns & Refunds policy, and to the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Mycelium Markets, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Orange County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies to orders placed after that date.
