Every item is printed after you order it. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days, and U.S. orders usually arrive 2 to 5 business days after they ship, so 4 to 12 business days in all. Embroidered items and busy seasons can take longer. You get a tracking email when your order ships.
We ship to U.S. addresses only, by tracked standard shipping, free on every order.
All sales are final because every item is made to order, so we don't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind, size, or color. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no cost. Lost packages are replaced too.
We draw every design ourselves. Each item is printed on demand by Printify's print partners after you order it, so there's no unsold stock.
The National Scoreboard (https://thenationalscoreboard.net) shows combined sales for True Blue Supply and Grand Old Gear, red against blue. Every paid order counts toward its store's side, with sales tax left out. It's for fun: it is not a poll or a prediction of any election, and it never shows names or individual orders.
